Q: What is your Guarantee?
A: Our return policy is 30 days.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Yes, we ship outside the USA. Any shipments outside the USA are sent UPS and you will be charged the actual shipping cost.

Q: How do you ship?
A: Packages are sent UPS ground, CD's and Newsletter are sent first class mail.

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: All items are sent same day order arrives. Newsletters are mailed on the 15th of every month. Your subscription will always start with the current month's issue. Your 90 day trial for 5.95 will always start and be billed on the 15th of the current month.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: Yes we will ship to a P.O. Box, but UPS will only ship to a street address.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Will always ship the same day if possible. UPS Ground takes 2-4 days. 7 days if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
